What Are NFTs?

A non-fungible token, or NFT, is a unique digital asset and cannot be exchanged for something else. With NFTs, we can convert real-world objects such as art, music, videos, photos, and books into digital assets that can be used and resold. This is game-changing because it allows content creators to have direct ownership of their content, and they can transfer that ownership and verify it on a blockchain. Ownership of digital assets is one of the essential building blocks for the emerging web3.0 economy that will revolutionize the internet.

How To Buy NFT?

There are multiple ways to buy an NFT depending on the marketplace and the blockchain where the NFT is created. One of the most popular marketplaces is Opensea, a marketplace built on the Ethereum blockchain. This marketplace has grown in popularity as a great place to buy and sell NFTs using the Metamask browser wallet. Shipping info and return policy

Once the order is placed, your print will be created, processed, and shipped. Typically you will receive your order within 2-4 weeks from when the order is placed.

What happens if my package arrives damaged? Our packaging has been developed to help minimize the potential for damage, but we can’t control what happens during transit. If your package or print arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will happily replace it with a picture of the damage. Damage claims must be received within 10 days of delivery and must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photo proof of the damage for us to review. If your claim is approved, we will pay for the cost of shipping the new print to you.

Can I cancel my print order? Production of the purchased work(s) begins within 24 hours after purchase, and shipment will occur as soon as possible when production is complete. As a result, the order can only be canceled within a 24-hour time frame after ordering. Considering the significant production costs incurred once production has begun, any request to cancel an order or modify the produced image (e.g., increasing or reducing size, changing image, etc.) will be subject to a 60% restocking fee.

Do you have a return policy? If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it (you are responsible for return shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt and receive store credit for a future purchase. Returned items need to be in a like-new condition.

Can I exchange my print for a different photograph? Each Vida Venture print is custom produced to order. For this reason, we are unable to change your artwork once an order is placed.
